People with existing access: Those who already have access are sent a copy of the access link.

People in NTNU with the link: Only people with an NTNU-user can access through the link.

When I open onenote on my phone, it doesnt load up a 10Gb notebook, but effectively a bunch of links. My onenote notebooks are much smaller in size by doing this.
